Open a JT file, verify the decoded geometry and export the visible assembly or a selected component as binary STL.
JT to STL Converter v1.0 · local processingPreview supported JT geometry and export binary STL files locally.
It decodes supported tessellated geometry from a JT file and exports the visible assembly or a selected component as a binary STL file.
No. The converter processes the selected JT file locally in your browser and downloads the STL directly to your device.
Yes. You can export the visible assembly with decoded occurrence transforms applied, or select and export an individual visible component. Hidden components are omitted.
The converter has been tested with JT 8.0, JT 8.1 and JT 10.6 samples. Results still depend on the compression, tessellation and product-structure encodings used by each file.
Some JT files contain precise B-Rep data or product structure without a supported tessellated Shape LOD. The converter will report the file accurately but will not invent mesh geometry for an STL export.
STL is a unitless format. The converter preserves the decoded JT coordinate values, so you should confirm the intended units and imported scale in your target software.
Yes. You can inspect the product structure, rotate and zoom the model, hide or isolate components, measure geometry and select the content to export before downloading the STL.
